I am a Precision Nutrition Certified Level 1 Coach, CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Trainer, USAW Sports Performance Coach, CrossFit Mobility and Mindfulness Certified Instructor. I stand behind all nutrition information, recipes, and workout content provided. The information given are guidelines to assist in weight loss and overall health and wellness goals.
