This Is My Happy Place…
This is my happy place. writing. moving. doing. lifting. baking. traveling. getting strong. getting sexy. GETTING FIT. getting sexy. I hope you find your happy place. it is pretty awesome there. I love finding out the scientific “why” and sharing it with you. The following are some posts and links that contain tips and tales. They’re not an authoritative I-know-more-than-you guides, but rather, look-this-works-and-i’d-tell-my-best-friend-to-do-it-so-give-it-a-try. (Mixed in with some sciencey things). Happy reading!

I think we can all agree there is a stigma around creatine and specifically women and how it can make us “bulky.”
I recently had the pleasure (or pain) of going through a rather difficult life change. I could bore you with the details but that doesn’t serve the purpose of this post nor do you all care about my sob story.
Sometimes I just sit and stare in amazement at the energy my kids have. Does that ever happen to you?
With the CrossFit Games upon us (and isn’t it summer after all?), it’s a good opportunity to talk about flex dieting while traveling.
